PBR 1994: Bodacious bucks off Clint Branger

The multi-time Bull of the Year, Sammy Andrews' world-famous J-31 Dodge Bodacious bucks Clint Branger off 3 tenths of a second short, and probably costs Roscoe a gold buckle during the Championship Round of the 1994 Bud Light PBR Tour World Finals in Las Vegas, NV.

It’s interesting, the next year at bullnanza, the year Tuff came back, he rode Grasshopper for 7.8 seconds and they give him a score of 86 if memory serves and won the event. The same night Clint rode Bo for 92pts and take second place

Bo was at Shreveport Louisiana the very next week at a pbr touring pro event. Jim bob Custer rode him three jumps. One up right and the last two jumps bouncing off Bo's head and neck.

Poor Clint branger, he was very excited to win the championship

I hated this for him. It was the closest he ever came to winning a world championship (and of course the following year, he had to sit out the PBR Finals and the NFR due to a broken neck). He really is the best rider to never win a world title.
