That’s not true. John O’Keefe sustained injuries that are not consistent with being struck by her SUV and her SUV did not collide with John O’keefe. If it had, there would have been more severe damage to the vehicle and more/different injuries to Officer O’keefe’s body. Not only does she STILL maintain the presumption of innocence, but she is also factually innocent of the charges against her.

This case can’t be proven. According to law there has to be no doubt when convicting someone of a crime…and no one can be 100 percent certain in this case…the evidence itself doesn’t prove who did it. Video evidence would have to show exactly what happened…that’s the only way to know for sure in this case.
