Morel arm, doesn't seem like having triceps at all. Mainly only biceps that is huge.
But, Martinez arms is truly huge with both triceps and biceps.

I dont go the gym, but when they do barbell curls they have lots of little diameter weights instead of 1 or 2 big diameter weights, I mean is better or something?
Tin tins For pyramid set method, start out with little weight to warm up the biceps and then add more plates after each set. After you hit complete failure you can just drop a plate or two from both ends and make it a drop set.

can i ask why they work on the triceps and biceps at the same time?
Honestly I don’t know, but I do know that If you are gonna do both, do triceps first so when you do biceps you can get that full extension cause if you did triceps first they would be pumped and you couldn’t get that full bicep extension

I love how many regular guys who life a little in their spare time constantly rip on the smith machine and yet I see a good amount of videos from real BB's who use it in their regime. Hmmmm, I wonder who is correct?
smith machines are great for strict form and hitting the main muscle your trying to work or your recovering from injury....example you are working shoulders on smith machine "shoulder press" its just hitting delts but free weight behind the neck press u WILL BE USING OTHER MUSCLES CALLED STABILIZERS ...bonus for using free weights.( short version explanation)
Funny thing is I hardly use the smith anyhow lol I only use it for calf raises and rear shrugs.
ya meanwhile nobody ever bashes hammer strength machines or cables, cuz I guess those are cool lol. It's only idiots kids on youtube who hate on smith machine, it's just as valid as any other machine
michael dillon brother on gear using anything works so much better, honestly i love using the smithc machine, training till failure going for skin splitting pumps, the smith machine is perfect for that
LeetDragoon Exactly. Whatever works for each person. I personally don't like it for too many things because I can never seem to get comfy under it and the fact the bar doesn't move, but that's just me. Each their own, end goal is all the same.

I like Morel, seems like a decent guy that loves to lift, but man does he lift with horrible form, like someone else said, I wonder if he feels a pump while training?
As you see, every 3 of them has very bad form...this videos are meant to inspire and motivate other people to train, buy products and overall to advertise bodybuilding, not 1 single bodybuilder competing on olympia or any other competition is training like this...this is just for a show. It's not their real training, you can see their shirts have no sweat what so ever, and they don't show how much is the weight...man doing those supersets would get you wet as fuck, they're just swinging those dumbells...
NO, Your wrong, they are indeed really training, they've been putting out training videos like this for years now, why the F would they waste their time going to the gym to just fuck around for the camera and not train hard? Jon and Victor have awesome/perfect form, Juan the guy with the hat has horrible form in all of his videos, and they are training arms for Christ sakes, not gona be to much sweating during a arm workout

And watch Victor's arms training video, he is explaining the full motion movement with complete controle, putting an emphasis on not cheating reps, and here he is doing the exact opposite. And about the sweat, i mean...they're competing at olympia and you think they don't sweat on arm workout? They sweat on calf workout, on every workout! I'm not saying here that all the exercises they did were wrong, but that swinging, trust me, they wouldn't have those perfectly formed muscles if they were swinging all the time. Hope I made myself clear.

Yes they get paid for these videos duh, they are sponsored by Muscular Development and are required to workout on film from time to time, These kind of videos are how I learned to train, those "training" videos you speak of with Victor instructing on how to do proper arm training are garbage, go watch Phil Heath, Dexter Jackson, Shawn Rhoden, they train the same way.......Have you ever seen Branch Warren train? He trains with the worst form known to man and he just finished 6th at the Olmypia, lol trust me when I tell you this is a REAL training video, they are training just as hard as they always do, and yes even if they were swinging all the time they would still have their "perfectly" formed muscles, its called genetics and roids

Jon and Martinez's form are phenomenal and has good rhythm even when doing "controlled" cheating when they can't do anymore. Morel's is just bad though, he's gonna fuck up his elbows one day.
