Prince, Paris and Bigi Jackson walked the red carpet at the Prince Edward Theatre in London for a preview performance of 'MJ: The Musical' on Wednesday. Michael’s kids probably got information that the money is not being used by their grandmother but someone else. Maybe it isn’t even for a court battle cause why is it not disclosed? It’s more likely someone is stealing money from their father’s estate because that person is afraid they won’t get anything anymore when their grandmother passes away & is now trying to save money for that by using catherine jackson. She’s 94. No one gets in a court battle against a 94 year old.

Also, I thought that I read somewhere that the battle was about selling his catalog but maybe that’s not what it is and people were just guessing. I do not not know. But either way, if she feels like she needs to sue then I’m not going to be mad about that. But IT IS possible that somebody is manipulating her and I agreed about that with the above post. So I don’t understand why you responded to me with that line of questioning. It’s also possible (as I mentioned in my post) that somebody is manipulating the kids also. Because why is BG the only one suing and not all three of the kids? Also, age does not exclude you from being sued or wanting to sue somebody but OK.

There are so many beautiful things you can say about Michael's life but for me the most magical thing that keeps me in awe is his Guinnes world record for philanthropy. That is true veracity in a world that sais monetary gain only makes you more of who you are. That theres many records he holds for making ppl money but the gift of humble kindness that he didn't even want noticed is a gift that actually healed so many in the world.

it's not a secret court case, Michael Jackson estate sold half of the rights of Michael's music back to Sony. Katherine wants to appeal it but it will most likely lose and it will cost $60 million to appeal. Bigi doesn't want her to use that money for something that's most likely going to go down the drain.
Mj died holding onto that catalogue. If what you say is correct, then it's a worthy battle to get it back.

Besides, the estate has professional executors to oversee all financial matters and he's not one of them. His actions towards Mrs. Jackson could cause bad feelings within the family.

Katherine Jackson needs to let the legal stuff rest. Michael Jackson did NOT have a stipulation in his will/trust forbidding the sale of his music catalogs. She is not going to prevail and the kids have the right to oppose their inheritance being used. Everyone is selling their catalogs nowadays. The most valuable one the MJ estate owns is the Beatles catalog, I'm sure eventually the kids and Sony will sell it also.
