CZcams nowadays is pretty strict about the monetization rules: Nothing even vaguely related to military/war (i.e. weapons, war documents, museum shots of military vehicles or even shooter games) gets monetized. Well, unless somebody in Google actually gets off his ass and tells the bloody CZcams bot "that's okay, this guy is just shooting brake rotors on his back yard, not beheading people in northern africa".
So basically: unless youtuber does some annoying ad segment like this he basically works for free. So don't blame Matt, blame Google.

Matt, we see that some armours are useful and others are not but what if the shooter aims for the head? We need some kind of helmet
Eventually we will have a bulletproof helmet but it is very hard to create one that would be comfortable, light and breathable. That is why metal is the go to although it does not cover the actual face. I think a "bulletproof" face mask would be best but even then it would be heavy.
I'm thinking of a hockey mask of some kind made of a semi bulletproof material which is wearable to protect the face.

BayMan 64 if you new about where you should aim in a defense situation it is for center Mass which is what armor protects unless you are being like executed you will most likely get shot in center mass. You are not supposed to shoot at the head as it's the thinnest part of the body and will be moving around making it inconsistent to shoot at
