Legal Limelight with Rosie Burbidge

In Thursday's Legal Limelight, Rosie and I talked about some changes happening in the legal world. For example,10 years ago, it wasn’t as common for law students to get jobs right in-house.
Instead, it was expected that you’d graduate from law school and work underneath someone at a firm first.
No matter what direction you decide to go as a lawyer, always look for a position, whether in-house or law firm, where you can learn. Rosie and I both feel that we’ve learned a tremendous amount by having experience with different firms and secondments. We take those learning lessons and apply them to our careers today.
