Ingredients:

- 250ml vegetable oil (I used corn oil)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 220 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of flour
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 50 grams of black raisins
- 50 grams of chopped walnuts
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
For the sauce:
- 150 grams of cream cheese - labneh (at room temperature)
- 50 grams of butter (at room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder
- 90 grams of powdered sugar
