Both wings are torn, in fact, and he also seems to have had his arms ripped off. What's even more impressive is that when he fought Placi, the latter was already called the Dragonlord and had the favour of the Dragons' god on his side.
Yeah I was thinking about all of that as well. I’m pretty sure if he had both legs and full wings and arms he would be unkillable. The only reason we beat him as tarnished is because he has already been weakened. This monster was definitely a god in his own right.
@Count.Saruman Are his arms cut off? I'm looking closely, but I'm not really seeing any sort of arm sockets or stumps. His wings, or what remains of them, are also really overdeveloped compared to the dragons with arms. Igon also mentions that Dragon Communion was founded to hunt down Bayle and his descendants, the drakes. If "drakes" refer to the wyvern-like dragons, then maybe Bayle also lacked arms too.
He didn't limit himself to just being "survived": He is, in fact, the reason why Placidusax is reduced to the way he is, when we meet him in Farum Azula: He is a former Elden Lord, and yet Bayle has filled him with scars and took off three of his five heads....and it is not even clear whether the fight ended with his defeat or (more likely) with a draw, due to the critical conditions in which both were found after their fight. Bayle is a giga-chad. XD
Same. The final fight is really cool too. The leaker just mimic teared and dragon incant cheesed the thing so it was over quick. That and the boss also didn't seem patched up yet.
@miscellaneousaccount7203 Yeah, boss looked like he had way less poise value than what he should've had so he kept getting stunlocked there even though I seen other streams where he didn't get poise broken like once

The only thing lacking is our acceptance of the lore the way it is cuz we live in denial, Miquella was never a good guy, none of the demigods is😂. Its all a huge fucked up family caring only for their own benefits. Miquella might even be the 2nd most evil after Ranni, who is the reason our beloved Godwyn isn't in the dlc
What level of the scadutrre blessing do u have? I fought him with 4 and he would do way more than half of my health bar (60 vig) any time he caught me with the downward fire breath attack.
@@noahjamroz2559 yeah, i thought i might still be able to play the dlc with my NG+7 account, but just no way. Even with a decent level on the blessing most bosses one/two hit me. That's way to frustrating, so i had to start a whole new play through

Your fights are the best on CZcams, actually showing off the bosses' moveset by not abusing cheese tactics and mimic tear.

10 bare minimum with dragon slayer great katana.
I’m currently at level 10 or so scadutree level and he still kills me in two hits every time.
