Understanding the errors:
Physics : Force, Momentum, and Opposition
Out in single Axis, Out in dual Axis, or out in Rotation?
Saddle slide, or internal movement?
Internal and/or External Damage?
Linear guide Damage Understanding (Rare)
Adjusting the Mechanical:
Opposition Damage Main Chuck, Sub/Tail Must be fixed first
Unlocked Curvic (Mechanical Damage) Uncommon to Rare
Locked Curvic (Rotational Error) Most common
Chassis Slip Axial or Rotational Possible
Solo Y Axis deviation Error of understanding Never out only in Y
Complete the Process:
Live Tool Drive Verify alignment
VPF Origin Set Process
Slippage of Coupling Parameters resolve after tightening
Final tuning accuracy Parameters are tighter than mechanical

Thank you very mach for the explanation, just i have a question: on PUMA 3100 ULY, I found the Live tool drive crashed, I replaced it and I have done the adjustments perfectly and test the Tool change seccessfully, after around 10 hours of work (using tool drive during machine work) the crash accured again finding it's bearing totaly demaged, if you can help me, what's the origne of this problem, and what are the reasons that can lead to change oriontation of Live Tool drive that cause a crash
