In regards to CD vs SA 3, both are essentially the same now whereas before SA was much better in most scenarios.
In terms of raw damage during hypergravity, they're about equal now and CD comes out on top with blade / atropine usage, but keep in mind SA also speeds up your rotation since most GT can run intemperance (charged tripod) on Perfect Swing instead of hour of slaughter (instant), and that damage gain if it crits is massive - about 2x more damage for that skill.
I would advise keeping SA because it allows for faster rotation, repositioning, and overall comfort since you may not always have a blade and atropines are limited to 3 uses per encounter.
