Nice concise video without a ton of fluff. Great job!

I also use the same chop saw and jig, I did so much research before going with that jig and if you go to Zepp's website he's sold out on that particular jig for a reason... it's that good.
According to the online forums the best sizing die for the 300 blackout is the RCBS small base sizing die, as for the trimmer I went with a Worlds Finest trimmer, you just insert it in your cordless drill and with some minor tweaking you can keep your workbench clutter free and keep the shavings in the scrap bin instead of all over.
I would also recommend the slotted Sheridan gauge as a good chamber reference in case a person gets ahold of some brass that has a thicker neck wall. It can and has happened.

      No problem.
As for the trimmer I use, there's an upgraded version to where the insert is removable and you can pop in different calibers, kinda like a press, one press with different dies. The trimmer only cuts cleanly so you will still have to chamfer it but it's a LOT cleaner than the example you did. The trick to the WFT trimmer is simply using a cut off water bottle to catch the shavings, I believe there's videos here on CZcams to see how its done. Already that gauge has saved my bacon with some brass that had neck walls a little too thick. A tubing micrometer also comes in handy when figuring out different batches and manufacturers of brass.

I've been chamfering and deburring before running through the sizing die so as not to damage my die. Is that necessary?? Do you anneal the brass at all??

What process are you using for annealing the brass before converting to 300BLK? Thanks!

What length do you cut the case to prior to sizing?

I just set the jig up with a piece of 300BLK brass so that it’s square and fairly close to the blade. It doesn’t have to be exact, the precision comes in the trimming stage.

Do you swage the primer pockets?

I do! Especially on this lake city brass. I use a Dillon super swage 600. I have a video of it on this channel too.
