lol okee most people dont read info so the ask allot of questions :P but he is using Stormpike Insignia Rank 1-6 u can get it in Av when u have allot of rep and stuff first u get 1 then 2with honor ectra :P in shoutshore in the north u can find the guy that giefs u that :P
Why were people standing there hammering on the ice block so often while they took 800 damage every 3 seconds? Pretty awesome to see so many deaths at the hand of a spellstolen skill, haha.
You know..there are players (usually the more skilled ones) who actually care about the game itself and not only about themselves being imba because they know hot to play their chars and playing with bugs like this one is just too easy for them. Let me ask you something: would you like to have a 10k dmg instant spell without cooldown and with a ridiculously low mana cost?

no, they banned fax, and fixed it right after this vid was made.
I don't think it's exploiting the game at all. It's just a unique way of using spellsteal. It is annoying how it's used though.
