    Thanks so much for your fantastic guidance with Hand Yoga. I am incorporating some self care each day and this practice is a beautiful addition. This practice is so portable.

    Love it! I’m experiencing pain in my non dominant thumb base joint from clenching an embroidery hoop. Would love specific movements for thumbs. 😊👍🏻
