I grew up going to this lake, it’s very beautiful and the deepest lake in VT. But man is it cold in the winter. Brrrr.

The price seems a little out of line for a house with so much unfinished and a kitchen that needs some cabinets and only two bedrooms. The apartment is cute and possible rental. It is a beautiful property but a shared driveway and the house very close to the property line doesn't support the pricing although real estate has gone up this past year.

Being that I'm a Willoughby, and growing up in central Massachsetts , with an address 241 Grafton St., that place should be mine. The only problem is , I don't have 1,350,000 million bucks.

Joe, They are wood ceilings with a white wash of sorts so those are the knots in the wood you are seeing. I feel like the video makes them more pronounced than in real life. They look really nice in my opinion.
