This is the largest NYC studio apartment I’ve seen on CZcams so far and it’s a very nice space. Very good use of space....doesn’t feel closed in.
Yes! I kept saying wtf are her clothes not knowing she had a whole other room for them. As someone with an extensive wardrobe I could actually see myself living there, I’d have to get rid of a lot but the space would still be sufficient. I wonder what borough this is 🤔

This is probably one of the nicest studio apartments I’ve ever seen especially in New York, while it’s quite minimalist, it still looks really cozy, I think the light colors and sleek modern look makes the place look bigger than it actually is, very nice

Haha I noticed that too... I'm also wondering who never uses a microwave 🤷♀️ I cook almost every day and I still use the microwave all the time! Tea, hot cocoa, heat up leftovers, quick way to steam brocolli, heat up butter..literally anything 😂

It’s not easy living in a small space and it will look cluttered and messy if even one thing is out of place. You have to be organized and tidy. And yes, poo-pourri is an absolute MUST! I get it at Costco to make sure I have a supply.

For the apartment to be a studio, your use of space and organization made it seem muuuch larger. Nevermind everything designed in such cohesion.
This was one of the best apartment tours and designs I've seen yet.
I really love your style - and the thing that I was most impressed with was the shade of the couch that you selected, which you said was sent to you by mistake... but is what makes your living room look more sophisticated than most of the other designs that would have used a white or beige sofa. The gray tone of the couch anchors the room - and looks great with the pillows. I also really love your see through fabric hanging between the kitchen and your bedroom. I know it is tough to separate the bedroom from the kitchen, you did a great job of creating a designer interest -- while at the same time, dividing the kitchen from the bedroom. This is a great look - and makes your apartment look more unique! Thank you for sharing! This is really nice!

I really enjoyed her studio tour. For her to have such a nice apartment, she was so humble. I like how she was so genuine and honest about her preference to have better organization. I also like how she valued the most simplest things. She didn't have to have super expensive items to make her home look good. It is really chic and nice how she has her furniture setup.

Been searching through apartment tours all week and the way you had the bedroom section separated by a semi-transparent curtain is one my favorite things I've come across so far. Good way to create a separate space while not making the space look smaller, since it allows the bedroom to still be a part of the main room.
No need to worry about plants stealing your oxygen. It’s my understanding plants “breath” your carbon dioxide and expel oxygen. So having a lot of plants is actually good for you.
This is a fact.. science teacher here 👍🏾
Her mother isn't "wrong" technically. Photosynthesis and respiration are two different processes. During the day photosynthesis results in the plants releasing oxygen. However in the absent of the light, respiration (which is a continuous process that requires oxygen) results in the release of carbon dioxide that would usually have been used up during the day for photosynthesis.

Let’s talk about it! I’m pretty sure that’s a one bedroom it’s normal for one bedrooms in nyc to have extremely tiny bedrooms that only fit a bed. She did a great job though it’s a pretty apartment.

I've seen 3 of these first apartment tours from different you tubers and they're super cute. Every single one says "I'm obsessed with..." and "This is my favorite, well everything is my favorite." As an almost 40 something mom who has been in many houses and rentals it's refreshing to see young people excited about the little things about living on your own.

This Apt is actually pretty big for NY. I love the tour and interior decor. But what I'm most impressed about is she is obviously type A personality. So detailed and what I really love is that she straighten the books in the draw to make them even.🌇
