I relate so much to what you said at the end about routine! I used to get so irritable when my schedule/plans were canceled or changed, i've been told it is because I feel a loss of control over my life, probably from childhood trauma. It was affecting my relationship so I have been trying to work on not being so cranky! I believe in you to get better at it
