One followed me the other day, I am not completely sure, but I am suspicious. I was walking along the cycle track between Dun Laoghaire and Monkstown. He was on his phone speaking what I understand to be an Arabic language. He disappeared when a group of women out walking suddenly appeared.
Hope you're ok. If you're out at night, just to be on the safe side, have a key ready between your fingers and carry a personal alarm. I know some women carry those, they're only about a tenner online

This is why I have no wish to return to Ireland, not because of the foreigner but due to this vile sentiment being directed towards them. Trying asylum applications in other countries first - like Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, UK etc. I would bet all I have that the man you describe has committed the same crime MANY TIMES before he came to your attention. He's a criminal dog and should never have been free to roam our streets.
