Round Dry Red Chili 4
Cumin 1/2tsp
Rice-
Oil/Ghee 1/3cup
Green Cardamom 3

Bay Leaf 1

Onion 1medium
Rice 1/2kg soaked
Water 3.5cups (hot preferred)

Notes for myself: add coriander powder in the spice blend, add garlic slices in the tarka and emulsify cold brown butter at the end. Finish with some garam masala or smoked paprika
