- It took A LOT of attempts with many notes of the piano ;) and much understanding of the handling of the F/A-18 to run this score. These challenges are my favorite installment to MSFS 2020.
I break my record in this run, and for now, it is a world record. But this was shot on day 2 of the challenge's debut, so it's only a matter of time before someone exceeds the score.
PC Specs:

Settings are 1440p on high within sim. gets pretty jagged close to ground on almost any setting :/ - Věda a technologie
I don't get how he does this so perfectly without msfs resetting him for crashing into oxygen
He flies ice cold, no mistakes
well done!
impressive! good job! how much practice did this take?
10 minutes, this world record was his second attempt
POV: You're Maverick.
how did you removed the counter from the beginning of the mission? At my sim is just stays there and i can't see in front. Thx.
A little late with the response but go to settings and switch menu animations on (or off I don't remember)
I saw you on the leader board!
what edition is this on?

😉😆
Bullsh*t! You can be mine!
@@theaustralianconundrum nah am 62nd still.
No fear of crashing.
Well it's a game why would you fear crashing lol
What joystick do u use
It's not the plane it's the pilot.
Sick
Nice!!!
I reckon another way you could get just a few more points (no disperspect it's bloody amazing) is to turn the graphics to low end, and possibly crash settings to easy - you could fly through the trees in the mid part of the stage where you have to climb quite dramatically (if this level of skill is even possible) 😉
Good Luck!
👏🏻
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
lol apparently Guinness is contacting youtube and getting a bunch of videos taken down that have the title "world record" in em.. (im not even kidding either)
Why in the movie it looked much more harder
Trying the same thing!
And I though my score of 1666k was impressive...
I don't even understand how you know where to go
Repetition
Practice and repetition. First few times through the course you'll probably be all over the place. You want to optimize the path so that you have to do the least amount of ridge hopping, which usually means sticking to the canyons. Took me a bit to figure that one out, as I'd do ridge maneuvers all the time dicking around in DCS. (Good practice for evading SAMs and AA missiles from other aircraft by masking your LOS from the missile.) I'd hug the ridges tightly, but apparently MSFS gives you more points for staying in the low points, and docks you points if you go up mountainsides, even if keeping a low AGL relative to the mountain or hill. Namely, follow the rivers.
Physics teacher: Where's the water resistance? 🗿

1:16 wow
all i can say is What The F**k !!!
how low are you flying? anyway great job on this👍
On the HUD (The thing infront of him with all the text) at the right you will see a box and then numbers in that box, the numbers are in feet and that represents how high he is off the ground
At one point on the first lake, as low as 1 (I would assume meter) above the water…
@@zephyr5802 I'm hitting 0 metres for brief moments, I've even heard the rustling of leaves against my belly no lie :O
牛逼
I got one million four hundred thousand and something.
It says -8 feet😂
Impressive, check mine out
That is way too low
