My name is Jack Davidson and I have a condition called cerebral palsy which affects the part of the brain that is called the cerebellum. It’s a part of the brain that controls coordination! When I was born, I almost died and have to be put in a hyperbaric chamber for a very long time to get oxygen. Fast forward seven years later I was put in these Forrest Gump looking braces on my legs which helped me to walk. I was told by doctors my whole life that I would never be able to walk and I will be in a wheelchair etc. I didn’t listen to these doctors, I just kept going and I kept going to the gym for 12 years now and I haven’t looked back. Look at me now, I’m more than capable of doing every day things. I feel like my story is very motivating and I would love more than anything to come on your podcast to tell you and the world of my condition and to basically let the message be out that if I can overcome this and if I can stay positive then tell me, what is stopping you!
I hope this message gets out to one of them! I trust the fan bases is more than amazing enough to make that happen!
