As a hiker, back-packer, Eric is right that a waist strap is absolutely necessary for a long hike. But for this pack's intended use, don't worry about it. No long hikes up a mountain are anticipated with this bag.

I've been using this one for about 2 weeks now. I love it. Chose it over the Veto. Simply put it has more storage. I took the tool caddy thing out to make more room for my tool belt which folds nicely in the big compartment something that you can't do easily with a Veto. Currently my pack is about 30 to 35 lbs loaded. We'll see how the shoulder straps hold up.

Thanks for taking my suggestion on giving that bag a real drag test with tools. I am impressed on the durability. If my Veto Pro Pac LC bag wears out. I'll will consider a Klein tool bag.

I’ve deployed several times overseas with my AWP bag. Watching this video I wish I had the choice of purchasing this bag for those deployments. My AWP bag doesn’t have a fraction of the storage options this bag has.

I totally agree with you. Ok the bag is tough but most of want to see how the bag is outfitted with tools and if can accommodate an 18 volt drill. These guys play too much. Have fun but get the main points across.
