Thanks for the video, I want to know - the mail should get deleted if "2 specific words" are there in the mail body, how to do it ? Suppose in the mail body 1st word is "Hello" & 2nd word is "Bye" - if this condition satisfies then only it will delete the mail otherwise if only one word is there then it will not delete... Please suggets.

But i found there is dilema in it. At one side i need to house keeping the email, but in the other hand an important email that need immediate feedback often missed.

Hey mate, this is driving me crazy. I have set up a simple rule - Move emails with Subject line to a new subfolder. It moves the current ones but doesn't apply it to any new emails coming in? Any idea whats agoing on here?

While creating rule in the last screen there is an option "Turn on this rule" you need to select that check box, if it is checked then outlook will apply the rule on incoming email and move to the folder you setup in the rule.

You can create a new folder by right clicking on Inbox and clicking on new folder. Then set up a rule to move emails to that folder. The folder will be listed under Inbox and you can click on it to access emails in that new folder.
