How to Get BLUEPRINT Skill LEVEL 1-20! Forza Horizon 4

- Today we are demonstrating a simple way to increase your Blueprint Skill Influence in Forza Horizon 4.
If you found this video, you probably know that getting level 5 on your Blueprint skill will allow you to get all your Star Cards completed and thus, rock the HORIZON SUPERSTAR gamer tag flair.
I found a little bit of information on this at the Forza forums and on Reddit, so I do want to give a huge shoutout to those before me who found this trick tip and shared it.

In case anyone's wondering - Each race you set up will take around 90 seconds (unless you're on PC, it may be faster) so if you start from scratch you're gonna have to do this for 13 hours
But, as he said, it's the fastest method there is.

Steven is right, it takes some time. Put a good show or movie on while you’re grinding and it will help a lot. Do 15-90 minutes a day and you’ll get it in a few weeks.
T30Drifts So if you do a 50 Lap Race that you create will it give you the influence you need
No. That will only give you 100 influence. It’s 100 influence per race.

For those of you running a Series S/X, my runs are around 45-50 seconds give or take loading, so worst case scenario is around 4 hours.

This is stupidly annoying to do but I’m kinda glad in a way that they have this so that the Horizon superstar badge is really rare and special
That’s exactly how I feel.
I hated everything when I was doing it, but now that I have it, it feels really nice that it’s such a grind, most people won’t have a star. To be honest, if you see a star next to their name, they might be a CZcams content creator (to get tons of blueprint plays), or maybe they watched my video too. 🤔
Anyways, I do kind of hope that Playground Games fixes this in the next game. I mean, it should still be a grind, but not THIS crazy.

Holy crap!!! Just lucked out big time and bought a Ford Capri forza edition on the AH for something like either 90k or maybe it was 190k. I clicked on the wrong button at first and was like 'oh shit, oh shit. Did I see that right!?' and I quickly pressed buy out! I play on XSX and the star cards are broken so the only other way for me to get was to pay 20M. Still can't believe I got it. Someone is definitely pissed. It had to have been a trade for a friend. Lol. Oops 😬 Now down to two regular cars and like 5 Pre Orders that I will never get 😔
Thanks for the help. Without this, there is no way I would be able to get Level 5 blueprint anytime soon, and I wouldn't get the Capri.

That’s an interesting idea... I’m actually not sure if that works. If it does, it could probably save a few seconds for each race.

Or you make 1 blue print and either make a 2nd account or have a friend run it you get bo us points the 1st time they run it more points if they like it plus 100 points each time they run it thats why youtubers want you to use there blueprints works the same on painting and tuning
True. This would be the best way if you had an organized group of people.. my tutorial is the best way to SOLO farm influence.
You don't get crap for points when they use it, you get credits... I tried this, I have 5 accounts, my 3 kids have accounts and then one spare. I went and did a bunch of my races on a separate account, went back on mine, message center said I got 7600 blueprint reward, my influence went down about 400.... not worth it. Unless the game is messed up, which I kinda think it is, it would make sense to get 7600 blueprint influence. So, I just made a ton of races that I think people will click and use, (ez xp... ez win... etc) just so I dont have to do soo many myself. If you make some races, and put a alittle effort in them, they get some traction and will get you some boost... but its clear they are visible when they are made, and they quickly get pushed out of circulation

@@T30Drifts i play forza horizon 4 for 1,5 months now, and to get horizon star card i need only 190 more drag races and 20k points of painter, once again big thanks for that blueprint trick, keep driving 💪
So you need to get to level 5 with tuning photos blueprint and paint to get the star? Screw this lol... would take 300 game hours? Not sure what a star card is as I’m new to the game. Doesn’t level 5 tuning let you sell cars for a little more then then Max buy out ?
Star cards are just the challenge cards.
Each card you complete gives you a new “flair” to use next to your game tag in the game.
When you complete all of the star cards, you get the HORIZON FESTIVAL STAR flair- the rarest and hardest one to get. Not many have it.
I believe it’s level 20 tuner or painter to sell cars for 20mil.
When you do the other cards, it’s much easier and faster. WAYYYY FASTER and easier. I made this video to show people how to get this card done, since it’s the hardest and longest one to do.. also many people didn’t know how to even get blueprint influence.
If you change your mind and want to get the card, then just come back and give it another watch. Definitely let us know in the comments if you do decide to do it and if you have any questions.

@@T30Drifts appreciate the comment. So what exactly is the flair? I have a crown for vip and most others I see have that and a shield for the club etc but I don’t ever see anyone with a star or anything unless they are pristige stars? Where does the flair show. Thx again for the response

I can’t remember all of the details since it’s been a while.. but I’ll get back to ya.
For tuner find a car that you have made a lot of tunes for. Unshare those tunes and share again. Time consuming but it does work. I found another video for that. Same with your designs. That was easier for me because I had a lot. Photography is faster in the shop than while in the world. That's also time consuming though. I just did so many a day.

T30Drifts can I ask if you know if forza horizon 4 frown upon players using easy custom ‘cheating’ blue prints....I’m hoping NO otherwise wouldn’t they just remove them.?
As far as I know- glitches are not welcomed. I have never glitched the game besides a few map glitches, but this is a feature everyone used in FH4. They set it up this way and have continued to allow us to use it this way. I don’t see anything wrong with it.
To be honest, they should nerf some of these skills (specifically blueprints) or buff the XP you gain by making/playing them. Or at least they should tell us how to get XP... that’s why I made this video. Bc for some reason they don’t even simply tell us HOW to get XP.
i have to do this 500 times and then i will have all star cards gold and the star....and the ford capri fe....can i do 500 times in 8 hours mmmm
If you are just starting your blueprint skill, then yes it takes roughly 500 times.. if you’re around level 3 or 4, it should be ~200 times.

i got it and the star....it took 13 hour to do 460 blue prints....and the nite before like another 8 hour....for the first level 1 and or 2....great car i got it all perk beast tune....really nice offroad cros country vehicle....i uze it in forzathon to....

I’ll give you the gist of it though-
What you wanna do for BOTH the “Tuner” and “Painter” is create a tune or design, then share it. Sharing those tunes or designs will give you 100 influence each time.
You need to then unshare your tune or design, and then again share it. Keep doing that process over and over again. That method is WAY faster than this blueprint rank.
I shared the blueprint technique because it’s the hardest one to earn. Tune and paint is EASY! Let me know if you still need help and I’ll make some videos on how to do it!

how do you get the crown next to your name
You have to go to the pause menu, click on Star Cards, then complete each of those challenges.
@@T30Drifts so lets say i complete one star card only. then would i get the crown?
If you complete only ONE star card, you will get the flair that corresponds to the card you completed.. there is one with a paint brush I think for tuner, the racing one is a race helmet, and the others are different too. When you complete ALL the cards then you get the little star ⭐️ with the H inside of it for Horizon Festival Star.
I beat everything in this game so I decided I wanted to get the rarest flair to show off.

No! Unfortunately, you will not get any more than 100xp for creating AND racing your blueprint.
That is why I chose the Festival Drag Strip- it’s the shortest race to use this technique, so you can do more runs, and win more blueprint influence than any other race in the game.

It *should* work on all events that you are able to create your own custom blueprints for! I chose the Horizon Festival strip because it’s the shortest, and thus the fastest method to increase your blueprint rank!

Can I sell car for any price with a good blueprint level ?
Not sure if I fully understand you, but you can only “sell” cars through the auction house (you can find this on the third tab when you are in your house or at the Horizon Festival).
The amount that you sell it for is not related to any of your skill levels, as far as I know.
@@T30Drifts I said that because to sell any car for like 20 million you need to be legendary painter or tuner

I don’t believe that it does. I think before I was level 5 tuner I could still sell rare cars for over 15mil.

Not sure! Sorry friend. I never paid attention while I was completing these.
Have a friend race your blueprint while you race theirs
You can get more Influence doing that, but it could potentially be slower due to loading times, syncing or network errors, or disconnections and other game problems.
This is the fastest SOLO way unless you go to another location and create your own super short race, and keep replaying that.
Oh god... This part of the game seems broken.
