I love how easy this game is to pick up but just how technical and complex it can get. New players and experienced ones can have fun in the same lobbies and it’s just an overall fun time

I swear getting those games where you get 30 player killstreaks and get to participate in multiple objectives without dying and losing the flow of combat is what makes chivalry 2 my new favorite game

@@George-je1fs when your out of of stam and block a hit yes you get disarmed, a way to prevent this is doing a counter which refills a little stam. y’a i know kicks are pretty un forgiving with there hit box

This is probably my favorite knight weapon. It absolutely tears people up and gets me consistent FFA wins. The thing hits a lot faster than your opponent expects if you get the angling down in slashes. Hope to see more of this game from you bro it’s good stuff as always.

I really enjoy the blunt weapons for 1v1s, but it's a little lack luster for groups. I like using the morningstar and shield on foot soldier, it really makes knights feel like straw men.
Mourning star is my favorite as well. Trying to get that war hammer

This game caught me so off guard with how simple it looks but so complicated when you dive into it. Took me awhile to get the hang out it but boy once get in the zone, my god you feel like a god!

It is a team effort. I’ve lost many games because dumbass teammates want to go to the fighting areas instead of the object
It's supposed to be team and objective-based. But, pretty much every mode and match is a kill-fest.
As a ps4 player I always wanted mordhau to come out on console and chiv 2 basically answered my prayers. I've been grinding since the release and kept watching vids from you and other big CZcamsrs and finally today I've made a breakthrough and got a 102 kill gameplay and killed the heir. That game has me hooked on getting better and I'm posting the gameplay right now

Bought the special edition as soon as the game dropped the game is fire i play on console fun as hell and surprisingly easy to maneuver

I had a teammate that would run up behind the enemy with the heavy mace, and would basically 1-shot like two people. It was wild to see haha.

That special edition armor looks so good, wish we could upgrade from base. Also, since they're adding horses down the line and there's jousting armor already in the game we might see a jousting game mode some day too!

how are you changing the side you swing from?
I get feinting into other attacks exist but I didn't know you could change direction mid-swing.
On console you hold left stick inwards to start from the left instead of the right. Different on PC obviously
I was trying to figure that out, too. Looks like he’s maybe using the feint-to-cancel button (square on PS5) but I’m not sure. It does appear like he’s changing direction back and forth before committing to a swing.
It’s 91 takedowns ( assists) not kills to be exact, still good 😊

My best game so far was 91, 48, and 16. It was the seige of rudhelm also, and I got to be the heir at the end. I really like the messer/morningstar combo for the knight class. Its too good.

The messer is where it’s at for me, you can just turn into a medieval blender with it.
The Messer could use a nerf. It’s range is a bit much and the damage could use a small nerf
Slash definitely needs a nerf. 3 swings, then that's it for 6 seconds. All I see is spin to win, it's annoying and cheap.

Short sword blocking heavy mace strike, good luck trying that in real life :D
It’s possible just hard and more if a chance of losing that sword so in a real fight I would dodge more then trying to block

Shhhh shhhhhh I’m new to this game and I’ve seen at least 20 videos nobody talks about that dam Mace lol it’s been everything for me it’s nothing like bashing a guys fuccin head off with that mace and when it lands it hits hard lol sooooo hard I’ve mollywhopped guys so hard they step back hurt you see them clearly hurt lol I literally watched a guy run off I hit so dam hard he took off running and I’m not good at all I suck.. that mace its a holy fucc what just hit me weapon. I’m in tears typing this man it’s hard I didn’t play part 1 so I’m super new it’s hard for me. But it makes it worth it with mace shots bro it fuels me to keep goin lol 😆

Yooo I just started using this weapon. Honestly one of my favorite along with longsword.
It’s a terrible dueling weapon. Short sword or one handed sword smack it all day long

How can you unlock new weapons? I'm level four and I want to upgrade my bow to crossbow any help would be appreciated.
Go to change class during a match and you’ll see crossbow is in the same section as selecting an archer. You may have to toggle over to it.

I’m an archer main we don’t do the heavy lifting but we make a difference 🤣
Archers in this game have saved my life so many times, I even sometimes see them save a game, especially on maps were the final objective is killing a target
Archers are bitchmade but skirmishers are a fucking dedicated and motivated group of speds

How you use bandages?
How come all these players fight in first person? Isn’t 3rd person way better as you can see more? More special awareness? Can someone explain.
When you first start first person is default, so people who have played for a while don’t want to get used to third person. Some don’t even know you can change. I play in 3rd, and it is much better IMO. I’m almost always highest scoring player in the match. Also I like being able to see the outfits, helmets, etc I spent my time and gold on.

What does a takedown mean in this game
Blunt damage does more against armor but you cant hit multiple people as easy as slashing

Practices the riposte and turning into your attack to hit faster
Good footwork and learning the range of your weapon is really important.

Don't just trade blows with single enemies. Kick them when they block. Jab them if they keep swinging.
Most of your deaths could have been prevented by a jab or kick.
