*Quick update... Chris Windom will not be at TMS with POWRi. Heard from the team they are heading to US36 and Arrowhead with the Outlaws.

Good on Arrowhead to build an up-to-date facility. It's no secret that a lot of these tracks are dumps. Even Davenport has said that a lot of these tracks are embarassing with lack of amenities and safety features. Hopefully Arrowhead can put on some good shows and make good money from it.
Hats off to Arrowhead Speedway! We went last night to watch the outlaws and besides being a great facility we noticed no one was drinking beer and get this everyone was still having a great time. Safe travels home!!
Arrowhead is also about an hour or so West of the growing population of NW AR(Bentonville,Rodgers,Springdale,Fayetteville). Two of the nicest dirt tracks in the US only 3 hours apart(Lucas Oil Speedway).
Bentonville is really becoming a great city I have been told. Haven't been there in a long time,gonna try to get back there maybe on a trip to Arrowhead..
@@terrygarvin1980 Bentonville used to have a GREAT chili place there. All they have is chili... on everything... fries, Fritos, spaghetti... anything you want!
Yes I agree Arrowhead is a nice track no doubt.
Now I can remember when the track was West Siloam Springs Speedway, West Siloam Speedway, before it was Flint Creek Speedway. I have photos, as well as video on CZcams from the track when it was just West Siloam Speedway.
Back in the late 80s early 90s it looked a lot like Talladega short track in its layout.
This track back then got onto the front cover of Stock Car Magazine for the USMS wreck on the front straight in the mid to late 90s.
Hey we all want luxury hot dogs , red carpet bathrooms , and no butt pinch lazyboys with air conditioning at a dirt track with 5 dollar admission right ? 🤪😂

Thank you for the information about "Arrowhead". Now that I am retired, I hope to see some Sprint Car racing in different locations around the country.
Was guessing you were talking about Arrowhead when I read the title. Watching the USMTS race there last year put it on my "need to visit list".
Will be hitting US36 and Cedar Lake this weekend since my original plan of 34 fell apart.

T-Mez trying to come back in a month is going to be tough. I broke both of mine and I was out for 3 months and im just a bodyman. He has to tighten down a shoulder harness on it and saw a wheel. I hope it all works out for him.
I broke mine and was 3 months untill I could go back racing. That said I saw his video where he was doing things 48 hrs later I could not do a month later without great pain .
Arrowhead Speedway is a amazing a amazing track! Its a stare of the art facility that you got to go see!

You haven't been to or seen Lucas oil Speedway in Wheatland MO, (this is the Dimond of dirt tracks facility).
The track is a beautiful facility, unfortunately it races horribly.
@@Trackratz-zl9di sadly this is so true. I do not what it is but the racing is a snooze fest about every time I’ve been. I can say there was some good races last fall for the USRA championships but obviously not late models.
They need to take out the goofy flat part of the track at the top of the turns
@@SteveCannon5 I was only there once for a SLM show . It's plenty wide so maybe a flatter surface would work .
@@SteveCannon5 yea I don’t remember that always being there years ago. My assumption for the flat part was: 1. they were trying to shorten up the track. 2. Keep guys off the wall. 3. Create a track exit lane. I agree it’s stupid and absolutely does not make the racing better. My favorite track in this general area is Humboldt aways preped perfectly and has the top middle and bottom set up so cars are in all 3 spots.
You need to look at Path Valley speedway. They have a WOO late model race scheduled. Give this track some love please.
That’s awesome about Arrowhead! Been hearing great things. I live in SWMO about 2hrs from there and an 1hr 45 from Lucas Oil in Wheatland. I’m gonna get spoiled lol

Vado Raceway Park in New Mexico is one of the nicest facilities I've ever been to.

A very nice facility that might slip past some people is Jefferson county speedway in Nebraska, they host the final to mid American midget week and are also bringing in a large paying micro show in august, it’s our home track and they have spent a ton of money there in the last few years! Nice tracks are out there!!

I was at Hagerstown for the first time last year for the PA Speedweek show. It looks like it was an awesome facility at one time, but to me it seems like it is time for much needed renovations. The sound system was horrible. The place was packed but I can't understand why they have 410s there only once a year. The foundation is there for a fantastic race facility.
@@dwaynemathias3834 the facilities are lack luster but they did just replace the sound system for this season, and I wish they had 410s more as they arguably put on the best race of the year for PA speed week last year but they just claim not enough money back to the speedway for the purse they’d have to pay
@@chrismasterson1383I was at Hagerstown for a WoO show like 25 years ago and it was highly underwhelming at that time. Was a pretty good show though and it was packed.
That place will always be a hell hole until they have more than one freaking exit. 💩

Arrowhead is beautiful and great to see the investment. I still think it may rank behind Husets and Lucas however. But nice track and amenities all the same!!!

Why do sprint cars get more money than late models they both spend around the same amount of money they should get the same

wonder if larson will hit brownstown as well while hes running sprints, and would be something if while he is at indy if he dont just jump in a midget or champ car and run the pavement hoosier hundred, would be tight time on carb night but you know how he liked to race as much of what he can and what ever he can, a crew could have one ready if the cards were to come togather and its only a handful of miles to irp where its being hosted he won the last true hoosier hundred at the state fair, and could be a serious contender if he did it again even on pavement, but he would have to beat the kody and bobby show as they seem to really have their bread and butter on the pavement silver crown events, and bobby is back to back chamion on carb night the last 2 years
as for nice tracks circle city in indy is newish built in the winter of 2021 has nice steel bleachers and up to date buildings, not sure how good the track is with the new clay they put in it as didn't make it down last year but it has some local beers and food is not bad on price and the racing has been fun with down there, but would be nice if they got some big shows down there like the first year they had the allstar circute of champ wing cars and usac, and I think the lucus oil late modles did a race there, but the second and third years have not had the super big series, though they do have usac racing there sometimes, and i belive the all star circut of champions 3/4 midgets did a show or two down there at the east side of the city at the marion county fair grounds
Circle City gives Indy a much needed dirt track, the City needed that. Be great to see Larson race all of the events,but he seems serious about doing the Indy 500 justice and it would be an awesome statement if he does well.
@@terrygarvin1980 well there are none bigger then the 500, but in the old days many guys on the champ car trail did both the race at the fairgrounds and the 500 in the times they had a spring race, the traditional hoosier hundred was in late summer or early fall but had a spring race called the hulman hundred eventually the two were combined and part of the hoosier hundred linniage, it would be nice to see him do both, or try, when sprint racing hes constantly observing stratigising, planning, and his crew wont let you near him, or get an autography then, he does make time for fans though. as for circle city the facillities are nice like the stands and stuff, the track well looks like it was hurrily carved out and the first night it was bumpy beoned compair, the maiden run which was also on tony stewarts birthday 50th I am sure they worked the buggs out of the track surface by now but I do wish it was longer, or higher banked this is indy after all known for speed, or make it 12 degrees at least like every other track in the area, the brickyard, the track at irp is 12, the dirt track on turn three of the brickyard well it gets a heck of a burm all the way to the top of the wall I am sure it could be considereed high banked later in the race. but the banking at circle city and kokomo no one really knows what they are set at.
as for larson I would wish to see him win the 500 that would mean he won a race at every track in indy, though not sure he has raced circle city yet or will, but won bc 39 won the hoosier at the fairgrounds, won at least one midget race at irp, not sure he ever raced the speed drome though but seeing win every track in the area would be neat. and he has the tallent to do it
Looks nice....but how does it race?.....Lucas Oil Speedway is really nice but the racing sucks....it's a no passing track....hard to watch😮
