13-year-old from P.E.I. sets sights on World Arm Wrestling Championships

Thomas Dumas, from western P.E.I., was born with a condition that affects the brain tissue, causing headaches and a general feeling of being unwell. He’s already won several national arm wrestling titles and now aims to compete at the World Arm Wrestling Championships in Greece in September.
