- It’s the moment that children across the nation eagerly await this time of year… receiving a coveted role in the school nativity. But with so many students, teachers have to get creative. And that’s exactly what 6-year-old Milo Joyce’s teachers did when they gave him the prestigious role as ‘door holder number 3’! We’re joined by Milo, his mum Harley and his nana Leanne to talk about his new found fame following his viral reaction video.

This adorable young man is thrilled and grateful for his role in the Nativity. He’s teaching other children, and many adults, to be grateful for what you have and to not focus on what you don’t have. Bravo young man, BRAVO!

Brilliant, non-entitled kid and already you can see he going to be a decent lad and adult. Credit to his mum and Nan. Making him feel special even though he didn’t get the big roles. Next year they will be signing him up for the big scenes! Brilliant story in lousy times!
😅 yep & next year's teacher will be under pressure ...thats if they also do a play ...but I'm guessing this Nativity is just for Infants class , most schools do it this way !

I just loved to see that little boy so innocent and sweet oh my goodness it was such a pleasure to watch his face lit up as he was telling his mom I was at his grandmom what he was going to be in the play oh my God what a special special little boy did my heart good to see him hugs and kisses to him❤

My little boys school prerecorded the nativity and all parents watched in a 2 hour assembly however because my little one suffers with a full day at achool he finishes at 12.30 so he sat with me and was so delighted to watch and when he seen his class he was not a part of any of it even though this had been prerecorded during the morning hours he left upset i asked why was he not involved as every other pupil was and there response was he does not sit still 😮 he sat for 2 hours watching in assembly so i was very upset and appalled by this . Some schools are great some are absolutely horrendous. x

My son was offered the role of Joseph and turned it down as he badly wanted to be the Ox next to the manger!😂
I was a garlic seller😂 Had one line to say “I sell garlic” when Mary and Joseph passed. Clearly there was some vampires hanging around Nazareth and Bethlehem at the time of Jesus’s birth!😂
