Na trials aren't indicative of that. When a character's hard to play u wanna see how good their buttons n movements are and how ez they get their win condition, stuff like that

This feels like the end of a story arc. We did it. The evil is defeated (for now).
I like Guilty Gear for the overall style and just how different every character is compared to each other. When I can bounce between someone straightforward like Sol or Ky, to someone like Faust or Jack-O and then look over and see Zato-1 or Testament or Zappa players doing all kinds of weird stuff, I don't see that in any other fighter and it really feels special.

I love how guilty Gear has a very aggressive mindset but has a TON of defensive options to cover how aggressive the game is. the complexity of it all bring a really satisfying feeling of accomplishment when you get better at the game. When you are able to consistently IAD into IB is gratifying.
Character design from looks to gameplay is well above anything else on made.

About last month I got into Guilty Gear without knowing anything or who to main. I tried Elphelt and I really enjoyed her gameplay. Now I'm hearing that she's one of the better and meme'd characters, like damn lol
In the same boat lol. I got guilty gear last week and was randomly going through characters until I landed on Elphelt and loved her multiple weapons and grenade. Had no idea she was top-tier
I completely adore elphelts design and thats kinda what got me to play xrd and gg in general when I saw it on discount.
I want her in strive really badly but fucking hell they gotta tone her down LOL

@@legefy No she doesn’t? Pineberry is literally easy bake mode oki. At least Leo and Sol need to time their projectiles on wakeup, Pine is literally the easiest setup in the game lol. She also has no outstanding weaknesses like those other two, she’s definitely easier than both of em

I play GG because I'm bad at it. It's been a long time since I've played a game where I get smacked by every single person I've played against online and yet I'm still celebrating the minor progress I've made, such as landing a combo I've been practicing for hours.
This is absolutely the best mind set to have. Progress is progress, and progress is fun.
I don't really know why, but getting steamrolled in GG is so much more pleasant than getting steamrolled in other fighting games.

@@vishy1992 Welp... One I ragequited GG cause of stomping me in online lobbies even if I'm newb in GG. Even basic combos take effort for me. So then I realised fighting games is not for me cause of playing decent a lot of effort and hours and constantly stomps until i learn something is not fun for me. I just think that all of my efforts are meaningless and I just don't feel progression and improvment of my skills. So I just played in easy mode in single player and deleted the game.

Elphelt is my favorite character from Xrd. I haven’t played much of Xrd tbh, so I can’t say anything regarding how well balanced she is, but I just liked her. She’s like Erron Black, but 10 times better cause she’s cute and a waifu. I shall excuse myself now.

Her fit is ridiculous honestly. I mean talk about well dressed. I wish they would drop Crappy Chaos for her instead. I love her kit because she doesn't just rely on shooting and has great normals and melee combos. Her guns are supplementary only.

I like GG because of how smooth it feels, also the music. It's a damn good series
She is a fun character that can do close, mid and far.

I like GG it was my first fighting game I got into and I've always loved how much freedom you have in terms of choosing a character because there isn't 2 same characters and it's just a flexible game very high speed and very explosive playstyles thrive it's really ocol

Guilty Gear is one of those games that has been changing over the years. I find it to be one of the most fun, rewarding, and challenging. The characters, in general, are unique bc of design, development, strengths and weaknesses. Tbh i never knew anything about GG until saw our channel.
Also, Elphelt is just seems to be one of those characters that's just underrated but is very easy to learn but tbh the character is legit waifu material

Experienced player vs a strive testament, but it's wild how easy you did these. Doing elphelt trials took me 3 days to finish.

I use a ps5/ps4 pad, those complex motions aren't easy to do mid-match, so easy to fuck up.
I play low tier because I like stressing myself out for zero results whenever I play.
See? She is not just punch slash win. She is different, the difficulty isnt necessarily in the execution, rather the odd delays. She is one of the most punishable fighters in the game by far many of her normals are not safe, c.S in an actual match has an odd hitbox but is amazing. I could go on.
Now Kizz im calling you out, beginners to intermediate players will have more success picking up Sin than Eli, so be mindful of that 'brain dead' comment.
Because ky basically lobotomized Sin at birth even though he almost died in the process. ;p
Congrats man it has genuinely been a pleasure watching these and i acknowledge you would probably destroy me with any character because i never learned proper tourney play, but you are such a good sport and anyone getting advice from you would do well to listen. I would love some coaching sessions ;p

Is that easy? I could never do that Advanced Combos in my life. These timings... I'm a newb in fightings.
Genre experience and "study" techniques. Same way you divide information into pieces to study for a test- take these combos in steps! For the sake of example:If it's a gatling, into launcher, into PP jump KSH followed by super. Start by getting the gatling 100% into the launcher. Once that entire step is burned into your brain (take breaks if you get frustrated. Me, personally, I get physically nauseous if I feel a loss of control or intentionality) then you can move on to the air string. Practice the super raw, then incorporate the whole combo together
Timing that pineberry in the S+HS combo took me forever because I always ended up doing the combo too early so the pineberry didn't blow up on time.

I just recently started playing guilty gear so I watched your videos to learn about the characters
I like Elphet for her personality :)
I like Guilty Gear because of...well, everything about it, really. The music is amazing, the heavy metal aesthetic and motifs are great, I love the character designs and the style, the story and world is interesting, the gameplay is really fun and the system mechanics and character movesets leave everything open to player interpretation so you can craft your own unique playstyle and have it be effective to a degree, and that makes it fun to me.
I may not be great at Guilty Gear, but it's a series that I enjoy a lot despite still being fairly new to it.
Why I like Guilty Gear: Characters/gameplay seems cool, if not a bit wild
Why I play low tier: Truthfully I'll try anyone, regardless of tier, if their fun to me. If their not fun/cool, I'm not gonna try them period.
