- Traveling in Europe can be expensive, especially if you choose to go to one of the more popular cities. Berlin, Amsterdam, London and Rome are some worth mentioning, and in this video we will visit Barcelona, but in a budget. Can you enjoy this city, with not a lot of money on your pocket? As one of many peoples favorite town to visit in Spain, this wonderful city with the beach right in the center of town has a great reputation for visitors. No matter if you want to visit a beautiful church, or eat the local cuisine, or enjoy a day by the ocean, Barcelona is your town. Park guell, la sagrada de familia and Spotify camp nou, here we come!

A little about us 🇺🇲🇸🇪
Morgan is from the USA and Will is originally from Sweden. We met while working together in Germany in 2018 and have ever since tried to find a place to call home. In January of 2022 Morgan finally received a positive decision on her residency application in Sweden, so for now we know where we will call home. We look forward to share with you the challenges and differences between our cultures, and how it works when they meet in our relationship. We very much love each other, but do we love everything about where we are from? Is Sweden as good as everyone says, and is America more than all of its stereotypes?

My experience with Spain is - my in-laws live there but they live in a very small small village 30km south of Valencia. Soooo, when we visit, no one speaks English and it's so hard to walk on your own and get coffee or go to the supermarket. Nothing like the small small villages in the north of Sweden... even in our village where only less than 1k people live, most people that we interact with speak English! Kudos to Sweden on that. I am good at Swedish at this point tho, but for my husband we still speak English everywhere when we are together.
