1) Sesame Shop : bought in wholesale shop Tirupur
2) Sesame rate : 92 rupees per kg.
3) Palm Jaggery required : 100 g per kg of sesame. (1600g for 16 kg sesame )
4) Oil cake rate taken for : 6 rupee per kg
5)grinding charge is 20 rs per kg
6) oil quantity - 6.5 kg ( 7 litre approx)
7) Cost of Sesame : 92rs x 16 kg = 1470 rs
8) Oil cake is : 6rs x 9.5 kg = 54 rs
9) grinding charge : 20rs x 16kg = 320 rs
I have to paid 320 - 54 = 266 rs for mill
10) cost of Palm Karupatti : 1600 gm = 240 rs
( I bought 1 kg karupatti for rs 150. I took 1 kg 600 grams so it's 240 rupees)
11) total cost I spent :
Sesame. : 1470
For Mill : 266
Karupatti : 240

Total : 1976 Rupees

12) The 2 glass of liquid added is plain Water only . It's added to reduce the heat of the machine and oil. And it won't mix in the extracted oil. It will be absorbed by the oil cake.
13) Karupatti helps to separate the oil from sesame. Without adding it oil can't be extracted. And also Sesame will have a natural slight bitter taste in it. So Karupatti will reduce the bitter taste and enhance a nice taste and aroma to the oil.
Grinded Oil Mill is in Tirupur, velampalayam. But it's in interior area.
