There is a limit on how tall structure you can make practically. Almost whole Bangladesh is made of soft mud carried by rivers. So the cost shoots up as you try to go tall. Also there are restrictions around airport. As it is in the middle of the city.

Bangladesh people can understand Hindi because once upon a time we lived in same country a part from that they follow Bollywood movie and indian drama. I think hindi and bangla language, food, culture almost samilar except south India and panjab. They are connected with Sri lank and Pakistan.
