You can apply under SINP, and you will probably get an ITA. Then they will give you a time period to get your license. I’d suggest you to start licensing process now on

I want to know one thing when we present our work experience letter, what are the necessary things should we include.. Is it necessary to mention our salary?? And is it OK mention only year n month we started our work and end month n year only with the position.
It depends on the purpose of your employment letter. For PR purpose, your employment letter should include Job duties, hours per week, nature of the job, salary

There’s no specific way for a doctor to migrate. It’s the same procedure. Calculate your CRS score and see whether you can get at least 490. If so you may stand a chance. The only pnp you are eligible for is Manitoba according to my understanding. But still you need a friend or relative in that province
