@earthquakes.cyclones.typhoons.floods are KARMARemember this idiot: Philippines is not a poor country, it is the corrupt officials government that makes the country poor.
@earthquakes.cyclones.typhoons.floods are KARMA Philippines is not poor... The government is corrupt and also where our country is located... Philippines is literally the first one to get hit by typhoons or its like a shield for the main land south east asia...we are also in the ring of fire and we have alot of active volcanoes... Also the Philippine plate is already near another plate and now earthquakes are really often.
this is one of the few occasions that i saw a fellow filipino cry for our country.
Be strong Philippines! message to you from friends in Viet Nam.
Thank you.
@earthquakes.cyclones.typhoons.floods are KARMA to you
Powerful stuff.
Climate Change aka Global warming, global cooling are created beliefs
through the use of mind manipulation, repetition and the use of formalism and professional opinion. In fact Climate Change is the intentional use of weather & climate engineering.
This is so tragic and sad, things like this break my heart. No, I am not Filipino, and I am not from the Philippines, but there are families out there, orphaned children, and helpless elderly in that country right now that need help, and I read the comments around here, and some of these guys make me sick. Show some RESPECT AND SYMPATHY. These people need help. I've already began donating whatever I can, it's not much, but I hope my donation will help feed a starving child there, or put clothes on someone's back. God bless the Philippines. Strong people, stronger hearts.
His words touched me so much. I am shedding tears for the people of the Phillipines, I wish I could do more!!
Thanks to all the people here who are saying bad things about Philippines and Filipinos.May you have more blessings and glory in life..May you not experience the same thing.
And to all the people who prayed and will pray for the Philippines. From the bottom of my heart..THANK YOU so much..
Please donate as much funds as you can to the People of the Philippines that were affected by this horrific tragedy! The people of the Philippines have suffered enough, from Earthquakes, to this Typhoon, and from skirmishes. I donated through the Catholic Charities Relief Fun ... you can do the same, or Red Cross, Salvation Army , etc.
Climate change has a great effect of what we are experiencing right now. Today is not the time to pick on the wrong doings but to work hand in hand on what we can do to resolve what problem is laid before us
Clint Evans I agree with you Sir
Thank you guys so much. I'm a Filipino, and only 17 years old college student so donating to our university (that will be sent to the victims) is the only way I can help. So Knowing that the foreign countries are helping us bring tears in my eyes and makes my heart melt for all the support we are getting. I just wanted you to know that we are thankful and if I could all hug you personally, I would. Bless your beautiful hearts.
My heart goes out to you and you family and all of the Phillipines
You are much in our thoughts in New Zealand you are a wonderful gentle and beautiful people. Bless your warm hearts amongst all the tradjedy and pain and grief and tears, healing will slowly help you to move through this unthinkable event . We are here to help you, take great care of yourselves and loved ones
That was really touching.. thank you for your kind words, Jenny. Our country men are recovering slowly but surely, with the help of your, and other countries. Once again, thank you so much!! We cannot do this without you guys. :)
I hope every penny that is donated from other countries goes to the victims. Not to the pocket of corrupt officials.
Bangon Pinas
all FILIPINOS better be *watchful and keep a close eye* to make sure that all those close to $100MILLION in #yolandaphhelp #yolandaph relief donations from other countries will be use properly and wisely and on time, and will NOT ended up in the pockets of corrupt politicians (buy a new car or grand house mansion) .. Be watchful, don't let corruptions happen twice (or over and over again). Fool me once shame on you (corrupt politicians), fool me twice shame on us (Filipinos)
sorry I was wrong, its NOT $100Million, its around $200Million from multiple countries all over the world ... for #typhonyolanda #typhoonhaiyan #yolanda
May Arreza ganung nga ang nangyari napunta lang sa mga opisyales....
Bwisit na mga dilaw yan magnanakaw ng kaban ng bayan kaya di umuunlad ang pinas eh Mga Dilaw lang talaga ang sisihin
bangun orang timur (rise, people of the east)
i watched this four times already and i always find myself cry.
Thank you sir for representing us in this convention...Mabuhay ka!
When a person is genuinely moved to speak and to call upon his brothers and sisters in God to work together in love and service for all, it can be heard in his voice. Mr. Saño speaks with emphases and cadence similar to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. who most certainly is, in Spirit, standing at this gentleman's side.
From different countries, races, religion, we can't thank you enough for your help. Thank you so much for helping our country Philippines!
If you can help, I have detailed in this video a charity donation page Philippines Typhoon Haiyan Appeal
My heart bleeds, every single time the news flashes on our tv screen about this calamity. Every night I weep, I chose to weep so I couldn't weep no more for tomorrow. Everything's gone, I'm a Filipino and these calamities including the recent October 15 earthquake stripped away my dignity and pride or should I say ours just to survive. I guess, when everything's gone, all we have is faith. I would like to thank all the countries who lend their hands. All those who prayed for us. In times like this, you are our only hope. Thank you so much.
INSHALLHA GOD WILL HELP TO FIX
this is not only for the Philippines... building awareness how powerful this typhoon is is actually the issue... of course all of us should be ready. anyway, what the Philippines need the most right now is the support for the people who are victims of this calamity. as a fellow Filipino, it is very heartbreaking to see all the damages that our fellow countrymen experienced. My birthday is in two days but I can't even imagine myself celebrating it happily. the same in putting Christmas decorations in our house. I'm just grateful that people are helping each other, many countries send their help, and everyone is praying for the victims. All we need to do is be ready, we can't do anything if it's a natural calamity but being prepared can help at least. I hope this situation can be an eye opener for everyone to see that Climate change is happening... RIGHT NOW...
Stay strong Philippines! and also to Vietnam and some parts of China... God bless everyone...
The spirit of humankind cries with and speaks through Mr. Saño, my fellow Filipino.
Philippines is under National State of Calamity. They also suffered from a nefarious turmoils/war in Mindanao(NPA vs. the Phil. Government). A devastating Earthquake also killed hundreds of people in Bohol including Cebu just a month had passed. And now, a deadly superTyphoon which killed thousands of Filipinos.
We greatly thanked for those countries who shared their sympathy and agony to my fellow people. God bless you all..!
So sad. My heart and prayers goes out to the Philippines and its people. I have donated as much as I could, please donate.
I share with your tears and sadness Sir Sano. We will hold on, help each other and will continue praying until our families & kababayans back home will recover on this agony and suffering. But let me say this " I am very proud of you stepping out there in front of the whole world".
Wowww..I cant stop on crying...God Bless Us All!!!
Still to this day we still havent changed. Its time for a change.
I'm moved by his speech, sincerely admired him tackling the issue of climate change. Hope he makes history.
I don't think I've cried this much over the news. My prayers and my heart go out to the Philippines and the many people who are affected by Typhoon Yolanda. Let this be a reminder that our lives should not be taken for granted and appreciate everything and everyone we have. Let's do our part and help this country, especially the people in Tacloban. Much love, Pilipinas.
Thank you Lord & Bless them all of Nations.I salute you sir for our Country. Godbless us all.
What a champion, there are so many good people in the world, there are no rational excuses to not care for each other. Love has no borders, no limits, no hierarchy of priority, no distinctions or classifications, anyone who thinks it does doesn't know what love really is.
Philippines love you and I'm also
thank you MR. Yeb Sano in representing our countrymen to the world..... I salute you....may you become inspiration to those who are in power...........thank you......
very powerful and it made me cry...
Dear all. This is such a powerful. speech. Help the people in the Philippines. They need our help. Jump over your shadow and help us.
Justin
Let's be strong have faith and hold on we can make it Godbless the Philippines
I fully support the Entire American Navy and Military to launch a Huge relief effort to our Brothers and Faithful Allies in all the Phillipines. ALL food, medicine and disaster supplies should be sent and released to our great Brothers in the Phillipines. The Philipino people are America's greatest friends and NO COST SHOULD BE SPARED, to help our Brothers. God speed my friends. Randy H , DIOSpeedDemon.
Since when have the US and phils become good friends? For christ sake u people never change you are always begging for help. There is enough of you bunch in America occupying the min wage market and bringing your people over.
@@BLKmambaba Philippines and USA have been allies for a number of generations since WW2.
We are continue praying for Philippines brothers and sisters.
I would always shed tears for my country, especially during times of adversities. Thank you to those who have shown compassion to us. I only hope this tragedy won't happen to any other nation..
this is very powerful and i hope this reaches the screens of many filipinos. powerful words like this also needs to be addressed directly to the filipinos. we (and that includes me) filipinos lack sense of responsibility and have huge tendencies to point the fault except ourselves. we filipinos always blame the government, the authorities, the localities but we have not thought that the single candy wrapper we threw on the street the other day or the trash we failed to segregate properly or the television we left turned on the whole night have made this climate change even worse. this climate change WILL happen with or without us. but with loose sense of responsibility, the effects of such changes will increase tenfold. god bless the whole world.
YEAH,WHILE WE R AT IT..Y NOT READ OUR BIBLE SO WE MAY GET SOME IDEA WHO TO HELP US CHANGE OUR MORALS TO BE TRULY A GOOD CHRISTIAN CITIZEN LIKE WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE! instead of leaving the Book dusty in their lolo's drawer!
I can't stop crying right now so many country come together as one to help the Philippines thank you so much :'( i'm a Filipino too and it's really hard for us although we are not on the affected area but watching the news about our fellow filipinos dying in waiting for the relief aid to come is just so heartbreaking and theres a report of rape too.But I know Filipinos are stronger and we can make it through.I LOVE U SO MUCH PHILIPPINES pls pray for our country it would be a big help thank u so much.
Thank you for this speech. As a Filipino, I believe that we can recover from this tragedy. We're stronger than any storm. We're sturdy and resilient. We are Filipinos. #revivePH
Hold on Philippines don't lose hope...god is always with us...
Thank you for the speech you shared to the u.n in behalf of citizen, you earned our respect. Godbless Philippines
Everyone is responsible for climate change. Everyone must help Philippines and the world not only now but in the future.
I'm with you Nikkibelles ;)
You are so right.
And I'm very thankful to all country who helf our countrymen. I cannot stop to cry even I will not see this on live ..I hope my family all the people can recovered this ridiculous happend.

Edjane Cartago tagalugin mo na lang kasi eh.....me translation naman...susmaryosep.....dumugo ang mata ko kababasa sa pinagsasabi mo...hahahhaa

Amen. God is our refuge and strength.
sobrang sakit nang dibdib q.so painful to watch.umagos n lng luha q.Bangon Pilipinas, kaya natin ito.Ipamalas ang nag iisang Kultura ntin.BAYANIHAN!
Okay I cried... most of us humans ignore the effects of climate change. These people should know.
There are some idiots who still don't believe in climate change.....
Justin Wolfe I know right?
My question is who in their obviously "not right" mind would thumbs down a video of a man/country that was just devastated by the biggest storm in our history?
We' Thank you so much Bro, God Be With Us Always...It's an Honor to all the Filipino's to Have you... God Bless
God bless you..Everyone must help the people of the Philippine in these catastrophic days.
hindi ko napigilan bumigay ang puso ko at pumatak ang luha ako..
kaya siguro maraming bansa ang tumutulong satin, salamat po sa speech ninyo.. hanggang ngayon naluluha ako.Lord pls Help Philippines People..
God is at work through Mr. Yeb Sano!
To.. Adi herman : maybe you dont know what is one nation. 1 world. Means.. Yes we are from different countries but we are all the same people of the World and people of God. We dont need your comment anyway, because there's a lot of people in the world who helped us by their own advocacy. Lots of good people were helped us because they care unlike you!
Anyways thankyou for all the people outside the country who tried to help us and send prayers for the filipinos. We are very thankful to all the countries who helped us.. this is the true meaning of being a 1 world and 1 nation..
Truthfully sharing, I cannot stop my tear during hearing his speech
Please, don't wait for any decision from somebody else, let take decision and action by ourselves first. Together, our small actions gonna contribute a lot to improve this situation. Let do something! Starting from now on is already quite late, but it's better than nothing
My respect to this guy who had the courage to go to this summit and speak in behalf of the country when his own brother is suffering in Tacloban. My heart and prayers goes out to those affected by the typhoon and I hope that all the efforts that people are doing here in Manila and around the world will reach them soon.
thank you sir god bless you
Thanks to all nation help my country....
Heartbreaking and powerful all in the same... My heart and prayers are with these people. To blame anyone does not solve the issue... Personally I think the U.S. President should do way more than send only a handful of soldiers to help seeing that it was more than just a handful of people who suffered.
To all people around the world who prayed and helped our country in this time of need thank you so much for your support and sympathy. God bless us all.
Love from Romania to the Philippines... It gives me hope that people care.
I can feel his emotion within his speech and I'm devastated to hear and see what has happened.. I pray for the families whose lost someone to this typhoon. 🙏
I am sixteen years old. I am not old enough to vote, yet it is my generation that will suffer most from the consequences of climate change.
Why does it need to be so difficult? Climate change is real, the science is beyond proven. And we need to do something about it.
powerful and meaningful speech...may the children, men and women who died in the yolanda victims may rest in peace
Thank you thank you or helping us.God bless you
People suffered from act of nature, typhoon, earthquake etc. Every country has it's share of pollution like some narrow minded people. Lets not blame each other, helping one another is the best recovery.
Thank you to all who help Philippines! We might be the social media capital but we never forget to pray.
I can't believe I cried.
I'm also a surviver btw. I think that's why
+2ne1791 but you are a korean?

Prayers from Armenia..We are standing with you dear Filipinos
This video brings tears in my eyes. I'm so proud of you Mr. Yeb Sano. I salute for your words!
Yes, I'm interested. But unluckily, I'm not that active for that. I mean, not really passionate, you know. But I really do care to our mother earth. It's just that, I don't think I can make a big change. Know what I mean? But let me see.
Sure! Just send that on my e-mail then. So I can share that on my friends too.
Where is Yeb Sano now?People like him should be given the authority to be able to influence the government programs and policies.
pray for the Philippines that all we need
Thats my uncle
Tito yeb sano
😀🤗
i wonder where Sir Yeb Sano is right now. I still cries listening to his words
Again, my question where is this bright and mission-oriented young man?
I hope that the donations we received from other countries won't go to someone else pockets
We will never forget how to whole world helped and offered prayers for us. Thank you & God Bless us more. I was moved of his speech.
I am deeply moved by Yeb Sano's speech (PH representative to the UN Convention on Climate Change) delivered at Warsaw. May what this country experienced from its recent circumstances, the people's miseries brought about by the wrath of typhoon Yolanda and Yeb Sano's words penetrate the conscience (through and through) of President NoyNoy Aquino and the people pushing for the use of coal-fired power plant in Subic and elsewhere.
Please spread the world this message.
2020 during pandemic, Philippines is currently facing great distress because of typhoon Rolly and Ulysses. My heart broke into pieces hearing my fellowmen asking for help, to be rescued. ABBA BLESS AND SAVE PHILIPPINES.
bravo! we should all work together for a better world.... God bless us all...
This man should be the president of Philippines and not "Benny" Aquino.
our president didn't cause the climate change, rich countries did.
pnoysuede everyone causes climate change, poor and rich countries alike, even you.
Carwina Joy Casinto then we should commit mass suicide right now, if we blame each and everyone that we cause it just by breathing.
pnoysuede we do not cause it 'just by breathing'. we need things to survive and in order to attend to these needs, we tend to sacrifice things (clean air, clean water, nature itself). i just can't get why you cannot admit that you contributed to climate change. the fact that you wear clothes, you eat, you use electricity, etc. etc. the clothes you wear were made through machine (which produces harmful chemicals that can destroy the ozone layer), the food you eat (vegetables and fruits) were sprayed with pesticides, the way electricity or energy reach you contribute to climate change.* you can search google if you wish* it is no use blaming, indeed, but if we let these things happen and do nothing, then we do not need to commit mass suicide, we will eventually die because of the calamities that will result from our own irresponsibility.
then we all should go naked and live like stone-age people. I basically grow most of vegetables that i eat, I have my own backyard garden were i grow veggies. who are you to accuse me of something im not directly a part of? people had clothes since time immemorial. i despise junkfoods, the last time i ate at a hamburger restaurant was many years ago. i live a much healthier life than you do so stop saying that i contribute greatly to climate change. that's just so stupid.
SuperTyphoon Haiyan has left nothing but grief and sorrow to the survivors. Dead people are anywhere. The paradise that we had is now like a dump site.
God Bless Pilipinas.............
Thank you, hope that Philippine will overcome this soon ...
SANA :ang TULONG NG IBANG BANSA MAPUNTA SA TAMA.... PNOY PUNO KA TLGA NG MALAS..... KC PURO KA DALDAL .... WALA AKSYON.... ABNORMAL NA TLGA GOBYERNO NG PINAS.... DAHIL SA MGA TAONG GANID SA PERA.... SA BILYONG TULONG KAYA BGYAN ULIT NG MAAYOS NA BUHAY MGA TAO SA VISAIYAS........
as of april 2022, the philippines is in the summer season but sadly, we had been facing typhoons coming than the summer itself. hundreds of people lost their homes and their loved ones because of the typhoons. hopefully, we can all still unite as one and prevent or lessen climate change.
No amount of praying is going to change what is to come. Action must be taken, not inaction.
Heal the world, heal my Country Philippines!
THANK FOR THE PRAYERS AND OTHERS THINGS THAT YOU
HELP TO OUR COUNTRY MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL
#prayforPhilippines
Such a powerful speech sir❣
Thank you SIR!
I hope the PhilippinOs will overcome this kind of national catastrophy on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we would like to stand by u as friends.
Rewatching this and the speech is still very relevant. This man is relevant. This is the type of leader we needed and not those clowns.
very moving speech...touching...
