I had a boxer that was a big talker. I love boxers so much. Lost my guy in August at 11 years old. I just applied for a rescue, 7 month old boxer. Wish me luck.

@@StoutAdventureCo no problem, bonnie was a real people dog, not really into toys but loved socialising, well known and loved in my village, even got bereavement cards, my best pal for seven years - she was a sort of rescue but no abuse involved and already five years old, i have her ashes and those of her illustrious predecessor cleopatara, i can never replace her but there are some feelers out for one last boxer while I'm still fit enough, maybe next year, many thanks for your kind words and sympathy, most appreciated.
I recently found out there’s a non cosmetic reason for cutting the tails. Some breeds can actually wag some much and so hard that the tail can split and breed profusely. My son’s girlfriend is a vet tech and it happened to one of their pit bulls.

I couldn’t face talking about it for years I was so heartbroken. I went on to foster rescued boxers that were senior of had terminal illnesses for a rescues charity here in the UK. These dogs can’t be adopted generally. I’m home pretty much 24/7 now so they get 100% of my attention and love and of course I receive it in return. Whether it’s a few months or a year or so with me each one has a had a unique character, in my biased opinion they are they most goofy, gorgeous and loving dog companions, never a dull moment. ❤

There's Facebook, Instagram sites that will strike you off or bully you, if you say: you don't agree with ears being doc'ed on Dogs, Cats, anything.....
It's illegal in Germany to crop and pin the ears and tail for good reason. Body modification of your dog to suit some warped idea of what it should look like is so totally wrong and down right cruel. Plus look at those floppy ears and happy tail, how could you cut that?!
Just had to put my 12 year old boxer Gabby down a week after her birthday, she was the best dog I ever had. She lived a great long life. I will miss her, love these vids! ❤️

Our Boxer is 17 months old. Won't bark at anything... only when hubbie plays ball and Frisbee with him, then he barks .... and it is threatening. How do we get him to bark at strangers?
My boxer buddy Scooter was killed on the highway just two weeks ago yesterday. Looks just like him. Was good to see that face. Tough couple of weeks though.
No one throws a tantrum like a boxer....our biggest tantrums are if we are off schedule on walks or he misses his naptime bc he's too worried about following me around.
