But from what I heard Bob Marley on his deathbed converted to true christianity, but thats unproven it seems. I also dislike parts of his music because of the Selassie worship but in my head I replace Selassie in the song with Christ or even when I sing it Ill replace some words to make it christian again.

Ashamed as a Jamaican that I've only really just got into Bob. Love this man since watching his interviews. How insightful and just beyond smart he was. He knew exactly how to get others to listen to him. He was dangerous for those in the rat race. I think they took him out. So sad 😞 😥 God bless his wife Rita and children and grandchildren and his mother. Can't imagine how they felt when they realised he was going to die. All those treatments. I read what The I3 Judy Mowatt said when she heard he died, how desolate she felt and she'd thought she'd see him again. He was almost home to Jamaica 😢 And Marcia Griffiths also said he was like her brother and father and looked out for them. I miss him and I never knew him. Is that crazy? 😮 Proud to have been born in the same land as this great ❤

For me since being a teen in the 80's, i have always said "I'd rather listen to Bob Marley than set foot inside any church" And at 56 years old, i'm of the same belief. Money causes problems I've seen very wealthy families for Mom and Dad never see each other they're never at the house at the same time the kids are erect getting in trouble because they're trying to get attention and then again I've lived in ghetto neighborhoods Latino Mexican Mexican people for the most part and two or three people in the family all work full time just to pay the bills and you never seen More Love morphe happiness more togetherness they're genuinely happy and it's not money you hear that everybody give it up forget it it's not all that it's cracked up to be money is a tool it'll help but don't get obsessed with it because it'll take you away. The people who miserly work their fingers to the Bone to become millionaires wealthy people they don't all of a sudden turnaround go on a spending spree as soon as they hit the hundred apart of the million mark no they continue being a miser their whole life in they died with a bunch of money and what the hell good is that?
