Not gone lie I’m a Drum-Phi bruh, and I actually am glad the technique of the snares changed. It’s not perfected but soon enough we will hear cleaner sounds from MD. Drum-Phi still on top though😭💯.
Sorry but the snares don’t look or sound the same. Off rip I knew there was a difference ….. just keeping it 100. Maybe it’s just practice however even their practice content has always had a certain appearance and sound. They will get it together though…
It’s because, the drums are not Dynasty, they switch companies now they are using System Blue which in my opinion sucks. The drums don’t project like the Dynasty Drums do and plus those Plat Boy snares only have one snare gut instead of Dynasty’s DFX two snare gut system. Sure I get the fact of Light weight but your sacrificing snare response with that carbon Shell. Rather have a Traditional Maple Shell than a carbon Fiber shell

Do not like what I just saw, that new style. Looks too much like NC A&T. It looks like a high school drum line. We are better than that. That is not progression.
