100% disagree. You don't remember the time defenders were told to keep their arms in their backs, when in the penalty box, to prevent unintended hands touches giving automatic penalties.

I think it was 50/50. Body wasn't near body. Without this hand, ball could hit the pitch in completly different place. On the other hand ball had contact with this player even before the ball touched his hand and it wouldn't be passed to PSG player and this situation shouldn't be finished with the goal. I think if it wasn't penalty, free kick would be 100% correct. In this situation... But on the other hand we should't see small fouls or offsides in penalty area and whistle when it is in the middle of the pitch?

Not 50/50. It's never penalty. When you run. you hands will swing forward backward It's nature movement. But this is touch others part before go to elbow. It's ball to hand. Very easy decision after seen VAR. Should Check the referre, he get some rewards from PSG or not.
