What is the approximate population of Lipa city ? Have you had many problems with people trying to hustle you because you are a foreigner ?

I haven't had any problems at all. I try to be careful and observant to avoid issues, but have never felt unsafe anywhere yet. Lipa is about 480,000.

It is more likely that the people in the USA will hustle you than the people of Lipa..
