    ohhh now you can see what the bike is going to look like. Sometimes it takes a while to see what is planned, but as soon as you dropped the rear end it's clear. It's going to be awesome. I for one did not think about the difference the height would make to the bike when it's on its kickstand so have saved that tip.

    I really like the look of the upswept gas tank on this bike - maybe enhanced more by lowering the back end. Nice job!

    I remember doing this same swap on our XV250 builds mate. Was wondering about the weight difference. I tried looking for those shocks a while back and was "shocked" at how much they'd gone up in price! That well kept secret is now out.

      Yeah i brought the memories flooding back. They are def stiff enough to hold the bike, particularly with the preload wound up! Haha before our time!!!

    Looking good! Any plans towards removing the pillion seat an sissy bar? That would be a dramatic tail tuck with how Steve sweeps up towards the front. This bike does look it can invite to go crazy once you get started :)

    Good tip about the stand, have you noticed if it handles any differently now : )

      @iRidetas  Před 3 lety +1

      Its def more rigid and stiff! But still handles well. Cheers

    Hey man, great video 👍 love your channel! I have a Suzuki vl250 lc intruder that I'm bobbing out. Most parts I have to fabricate myself as there's not a lot of aftermarket parts for it. Wondering if you know whether I could fit these rebel 250 shocks on my Suzi?
