    - Perthes Disease is a condition that primarily affects children between the ages of 5 and 7, but can also occur between 4 and 8 years old.
    - It involves the death of bone tissue in the hip joint, leading to head deformity and limited range of motion.
    - The exact cause of Perthes Disease is unknown, but there are theories related to arterial blood flow and delayed bone development.
    - Diagnosis is based on physical examination, X-rays showing joint space widening and femoral head deformity, and ruling out other conditions.
    - Treatment options include observation, limiting weight bearing, physiotherapy, braces, and surgical interventions such as osteotomy or hip replacement, depending on the stage and severity of the disease.
