    One simple way to get up : don't yell anybody your going painting, don't tell social media , make sure to not look directly at cameras and do everything to blend into your environment 😅

    There are also acid tags. Basicaly, you tag a window and the acid from your marker burns into the glass, leaving a permanent stain that is almost impossible to remove.

      It’s called glass etch, not acid 😂 but yeah that stuff works on metal and glass 👍🏽 people call em etch tags done by etch mops.

      Yup metal and glass etch. Metal etch is cool. It rusts metal almost instantly.

    I've been doing paste ups as of late using screenprints
    1. I love the process and I'm more familiar with he materials than I am with spray paint
    2. I can draw one beautiful throwie, burn it onto a screen and essentially mass produce it
    3. Easier to conceal than cans, I keep the glue in a bottle of shampoo, keep the brush in my pocket and have several prints in a shopping bag or rolled up hidden under my shirt
    Also I don't really see people doing paste ups around these parts, so I can pretty much corner that market and be "that guy" lmao

    hi john I'm doing a piece and I find that ill do one letter that I really like but then when i get to my second letter I cant replicate the stile, Any help???

    • @Theartistblock
      @Theartistblock  Před 7 dny

      I recommend keeping it simple and practicing the basics. If you can't reproduce the style then it's because you don't truly have a style to begin with. You might have ideas, and concepts but that's not enough, you need fundamentals. Here's the truth, no artist at all in any artform is born with style. Amatures don't have, can't use, can't understand style because style is the exaggeration of the fundamentals while keeping the fundamentals correct. An amature is an amature because they dont know the fundamentals and as a result they can't exaggerate them without mistakes. A mistake is exaggerating the fundamentals and not keeping them correct.
      All of this to say, amatures exaggerate, but those changes cause mistakes and those mistakes are misconstrued for being style when it's not. Since you're working with different letters, your mistakes will have some level of inconsistencies, meaning it's hard for you to reproduce a certain look that you're aiming for.
      In short, keep it simple practice the basics.
