My favorite thing to do is . 100 long valves and Ls Howard's spring and retainer kit w/ screw in studs

for the price of all the tools, it would be cheaper just to do the beehive springs and retainers.

Yup with +.05 offset keepers. Just need to check rocker retainer clearance

ls 6 springs (blue) along with comp retainers and stock seals are good to at least .510

7/16 by 14 is the boss side and 3/8 by 24 is the rocker side

Good way to go you can't get that cam up as far as you can with beehive

Tell you I just met probably one of the best mechanic shops owners he's very knowledgeable and he says he'd rather see me put in LS6 it turns out I'm going to do a stroker motor so great luck with your engine all the success to you

What is the difference between the 986-16 springs you are using here and the 980-16 springs? Thank you
