    Excellent talk I have watched it many times and still learning , but I have one question at minute 2:15,Dr. Khemani says there is increased dead space,I find it hard to understand ,I understand the shunting process ,disruption of alveolar epithelial and capillary endothelial interface,and loss of FRC,but increase in alveolar dead space means you have well ventilated alveoli and no perfusion???kindly if someone can help me to get this point
