Nope if you look carefully, the resonance liberation and their basic atks were slightly high in emerald of genesis but the main thing about blazing brilliance is the resonance skill that jumps to 9k+ dmge so I think it's somehow equal if you manage to calculate the amount of basic atks and the resonance liberation damage.. well I think they both good swords for her but the color scheme is really good on changli's own weapon, because this game has a stunning graphics

That's true, but changli main dps will use lot of resonance skill damage and the true sight considered as resonance skill. If we can use her true sight efficiently we will realize that Changli BA used not that often.
But i must admit the big damage from her liberation is more satisfying. ​😂 @@chadder5061

​@@chadder5061standard wp banner dealing higher dmg on liberation doesn't make any sense lol. The difference between her sword and the standard one is only the skill dmg buff.

I have the both Wep, but idk what to use, if i have S0 Fusion x2 and Resonance Skill DMG Bonus 18.8% And Resonance Liberation DMG bonus 7.9%. What do you think is better Her sig or EOG ?
