Tiramisu 😋 Overnight Oats | Healthy & Easy Meal Prep Breakfast / Dessert

- Overnight oats meal preparation is a best and easy way to enjoy breakfast or dessert time! This recipe resembles tiramisu and a best dessert or breakfast experience! It's very simple to make and can be consumed anytime!
Let's dive into cooking!!!
Ingredients :
Rolled oats - 1/2 cup
Chia seeds - 1 Tsp
Cocoa powder - 1/2 Tsp
Maple syrup - 2 Tsp
Espresso - 1/2 shot
Almond milk - 1/2 cup
For Topping :
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Maple syrup - 3 Tsp
Cocoa powder - 1/8 Tsp - to dust
Preparation :
First add the oats, cacao powder, maple syrup, espresso short, almond milk and chia seeds to a airtight container. Mix well the ingredients and close the lid tight and refrigerate overnight or 3-6 hours.
Now take another bowl and add yogurt, then add maple syrup and mix well.
Now take out the overnight oats and add 3 Tsp to a serving container, then add layer of maple yogurt. Again add a layer of oats then yogurt. Now dust some Cacao powder and serve it!!!
It's very easy, healthy and delicious. It can be consumed as a breakfast or as a dessert or even as a snack. 😋
We can make it easier and faster with very less ingredients at anytime!!! Kids will love it!
Suitable for any occasion and guest will not be able make out whether it's homemade or restaurant bought!!!
