There are definitely steals at the livermore outlets, just for certain things or certain brands. Good for fragrance if you're into that. The Gucci outlet has legendary deals but there's always a very long line. Allsaints for leather jackets. When there was a Barneys outlet there it sometimes had some good stuff, but RIP Barneys in general.
