I’m currently living the PV3 life. My ex left me and I’m drinking really shitty crazy alcohol every night. Only a matter of time before I break into my rich cousin’s guest house and secretly take up residence.
In South Carolina a common drink is Dickel with a pickle or more specifically a shot of George Dickel regular or Tabasco flavored with a Chaser of pickle juice
Up here in Minnesota we just did Jameson and pickle juice, called it a pickle back. Really kinda bastardized it compared to the Dickel and pickle, which sounds way better.

Hadn't thought about condiments and whiskey before now, but I have to admit a Mexican mole sauce with that unsweetened chocolate and pepper flavor would go well with a smokey whiskey.

capsaicin(the hot chemical in peppers) is extremely soluble in ethanol so i imagine it would take up any left in the barrels pretty readily, even as weak as tabasco is

I would describe Dickel whiskey as bubble gum, like Hubba Bubba or Bubbalicious, definitely something with Bubba in it.

Not sure, how, it’s guy, doesn’t come in at 1 million, plus viewers!
I did a mayonnaise and whiskey on a dare, and I'm not one to normally accept dares, but I was very drunk. It really wasn't as horrible as it looked (it looked nasty), I even swished it around before swallowing it as instructed. The texture was a little weird, but again, not terrible. I also once tried a breast milk in whiskey. The bartender was pregnant and had been pumping, but she couldn't use the milk because she had smoked cigarettes and apparently that's not a good thing for breast milk, she's the one that dared a couple of us to try it. Anyway, it was a damned tasty drink, the bartender named it 'The Full Circle', it was basically just like whiskey and light cream.
I mean, you guys are the tops of different ends.. would be a watch for sure.
You solidified my opinion and my trust of your opinion after you reviewed fosters, so ill put this on my list to check out, considering i tried some spicy wine that ended up being90% chipotle peppers and10% wine. It was in a glass skull and called pirates blood i think. It was like thai soup"wine"

This stuff is totally worth experiencing if you’re into trying spirits straight. If not, it might make a decent variation on a Bloody Mary. I don’t recommend buying an entire bottle though unless you keep a bar stocked with oddities
