  • In this episode I'm showing you how I model and generate the G Code for a part that doesn't need to be reused, so no TNP caution is needed. Whenever I need to make certain parts that I'm not going to modify, reuse, or make again, I go along this way.

    Great video as always :) One of the best things about 0.22 is the new dimension tool (shortcut D). Using it you don't need to know the shortcut für horizontal, vertical, distance, diameter or angle dimension, D works for everything.

    There is a faster method to make the countersunk holes: Do not put the countersinks in the model - make holes only. Then choose the upper edge of the hole in CAM, and make a deburr operation. Sure, ugly not to see what you get in the model, but it is a quick and dirty method.

      Of course, but that means changing the toolbit. That takes longer than the facing operation
