  • Part II of my first episode covering ground I forgot to mention in the first episode, plus an update on myself since that time.
I apologize if this does come off as incoherent. I wanted to make this episode really showing off what it feels like to be in the midst of a dark mental health struggle.
Every day I fight and so many days I feel like I'm losing, but I'm still here.
I Hope you enjoy and please read everything below if you are struggling or know someone that is struggling.
