    RCR has gone to hell since Harvick moved on. Kevin is winning poles, races and has become Nascar champion while the Dillon's can't get a top five. Earnhardt Sr and Harvick are the only great drivers RCR ever had.

    So That's Why Harvick Left RCR...
    But It Was A Move For The Better.

    • @StsFiveOneLima
      @StsFiveOneLima Před 7 lety +38

      Harvick left RCR because he was going to be the third or fourth team behind Austin and Ty. There is no mystery in that. Justice for him was winning his first championship the very next year.

    • @allabouthewaves4354
      @allabouthewaves4354 Před 6 lety +14

      Whats even more justice is Harvick has won 19 races since he's been with SHR. He won 21 races with RCR. RCR has won 3 races since and 2 of those wins only happened because of a fuel mileage finish and everyone wrecking in the 500 this year.

      Funny how people think Harvick is a bully. He apologized because it was politically correct.
      Reality is (and I like both of these drivers) what Harvick said isn't false. I also tend to think Ty has some driving talent but I'm not sure he's got what it takes just yet to really cut it at the Sprint Cup level. The reason he has the opportunity is because of grandpa. That's not bad, it's just a fact.
      I'm anxious to see how he does next year. Harvick is a hot head everyone knows that but he's not wrong about the Dillon's having the opportunity because of Richard.

    Everyone always harps on how Junior wouldn't have a top ride if not for his daddy. RCR would not be where he is if not for DE senior. Ergo...Dillon wouldn't be where he is. Harvick could have won in any car and probably gone farther if he drove for HMS - he basically is now. I would like to see Dillon poke Harvick in the chest. That would last about 30 secs.

    I miss Harvick when he was in RCR. I miss him when he was in a Chevy. I miss him when he was the Happy Harvick. If the Dillion brothers got along with Harvick, so did Richard, and plus RCR had the equipment like Hendrick he would probably still be in a Chevy. But he loves being a Ford now.

    • @NSBlack_Stallion

    Harvick was totally in his right to be pissed. He was clear of Dillion and therefore had every right to choose whichever line he wanted through the corner. It's the passing car's obligation to execute a pass cleanly. Harvick was taking a late-apex line because he wanted to exit off the corner better. Dillion just dive bombed him and used him as a brake...which is typical at martinsville but that doesn't mean you can just ignore that and blame the other guy for coming down lol. Nobody owns the groove just because they're on the bottom lol. That's not how it works. If Dillion had gotten a fender underneath him before the corner, it would be totally different but that's not what happened here. Dillion wasn't even going to make the corner because he drove it in so hard trying to dive bomb. It's not until he hits Harvick that he slows down enough for the truck to rotate through the corner normally.
    This happened years ago but I just came across it again and I remember when it happened. There's a reason Harvick is a champion and one of the most dominant cup drivers in the sport over the last decade...meanwhile the Dillon boys are floundering in above average equipment. Results speak louder than words in NASCAR. I'm generally not one to defend Harvick or his antics but in this case, he wasn't wrong.
